We typically arrive to your event 15-30 minutes early to get set up. The trailer will have an attendant on site. Let us host and entertain your guests when they come and play so you can focus on your event. We discovered clients and their guests have a delighted time when an attendant is on site. We are there for you.

What if I need additional hours beyond the initial booking?

2 hours is our minimum. Additional hours can be added for $125 per hour. It's best to arrange this in advance, but we may be able to accommodate last-minute extensions depending on availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment methods. We will also accept cash or Zelle. Specific details will be provided during the booking process.

Is there an age limit for playing the arcade games?

Our arcade games are suitable for all ages, but we recommend adult supervision for younger children to ensure safety. We found 6 years and up is the sweet spot.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Hoop will be there rain or shine! If it does rain, the big doors where your guests play are shielded from getting wet! If you would like to reschedule though we can look at our calendar and work with you to find a date that works.
